Guarantee & returns will as far as possible exchange products that are in some way defect, but we reserve the right to handle a return of the product by repaying the cost of the product in question. The cost of returned merchandise of this type is covered, in agreement after an arrangement has been made, by The Distance Selling Regulation gives you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days. If you do decide to cancel, then you should put this in writing, whether by letter (a proof of postage certificate or even recorded delivery would be wise) or e-mail via our contact form.

Please include your details and the reason for the return. Please ensure that any returned goods are properly packed and are also returned un-used and in re-saleable condition. It is advisable to obtain proof of postage. We will refund your purchase within 7 working days of receiving the goods.
